COVID-19

We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our facility. Now more than ever we are cleaning and sanitizing around the clock to keep our staff and clients safe. This includes, but is not limited to, doors, doorknobs, walkie-talkies, phones, hand railings, floors, walls, crates, and beds/blankets.

When you are out front of Happy Paws, one of our staff members will meet you at our door or on the sidewalk to receive your pup. All of our staff will be wearing a mask and we ask that you do the same. We will allow one client (or one family of clients) into the store at a time. Masks are to be worn in the store by staff and clients alike. If you see another client in the store please be patient and wait outside. If you have questions for our staff, we ask that you call us to limit the foot traffic in the facility.

While we appreciate the love and support from our customer that continue to come to Happy Paws during this crisis, we ask that if you or anyone that you have been in contact with in the last 2 weeks is sick please do not bring your pup to Happy Paws. The risk of a dog passing COVD-19 to a human is thought to be relatively small but in these times it is better to be safe than sorry. The risk is not that your pup is ill. The risk is that we do not know how long the virus can survive and be transferred to another human from a dogs fur.

We have resumed overnight lodging services for our clients. We ask that now more than ever you do not bring beds, blankets, or bowls from home. We will go over feeding information and any other instructions over the phone when you make the reservation. We ask that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure our ability to schedule overnight staff. If we have fewer than two overnight dogs the pups will go home with Stefanie Duval, Devin Nichols (Manager), or Eric Faulkner (Head Trainer). There are no refunds or credits on overnight deposits during this time.
